Lutheran Administrators share a bond as they minister to students and families. They foster Christ-centered cultures within their schools as they lead their schools, interact with students and parents, supervise teachers, and do the multitude of other tasks that come with being an administrator. Coming to the conference provides in-person discussions with other administrators from across the country, as well as relevant plenary and sectionals that assist with your ministry.
