As the 2025 LEA Convocation nears, one of the best ways to prepare for the Convocation will be to download the 2025 LEA Convocation App!

When our free app goes live in the coming weeks, you will be able to download it and access a range of features, including the schedule, maps, networking tools, and the ability to connect with others, receive key updates, and notifications, among many other benefits.

With the App you can:

• View the general schedule at-a-glance
• View the full schedule, including each individual sectional
• View the schedule for each day’s events
• Create your personal schedule of sectionals and events to attend
• View speaker information
• View each sectional, which links the description, location, and
• speaker(s)
• View any material/links that some sectionals/speakers provide
• View and search for attendees
• View our sponsors and their information
• Locate exhibitors by name and location in the Exhibit Hall
• View food and concessions availability in the convention center
• Use the Interact feature to view the latest updates, share your experiences, and post comments that other attendees can view
• Access social media sites, the YouVersion Bible app, and a weather app from inside the Convocation app
• Use the photo feature in the app to take and share photos of the Convocation
• And more!

Follow these instructions to download the 2025 LEA Convocation app when it goes live in the coming weeks:

1. Download the ‘Guidebook’    app from the Apple or Google Play app stores.
2. Once you have downloaded the Guidebook app, click on Find Guides in the bottom right corner of the screen. 
3. On the next screen, Type 2025 LEA Convocation   in the search box under Find Guides
4. Then click on our guide’s name. Start downloading it by clicking on the Download Guide in the middle of the page. Once the download is complete, click the OPEN tab to start using the app!
5. To access the different menu items, tap on the menu bars (the 3 horizontal bars) in the upper left corner of the app. This will list all the various menu items on the app. 

Enjoy using the app to help make your Convocation experience a more rewarding and beneficial one! Look for messages on social media and through email to confirm that the App is live.
