2025 Convocation FAQs

Complete and updated convocation information is available at the LEA website lea.org. and will be available on the app. Information will also be communicated via LEAnews and thru social media. You can follow us on Twitter and Facebook.

See the Convocation Budget Guide and the Convocation Deposit OPTIONS to help with your planning.

We also have Information about Planning for Title II Funds and a Title II Funds Planning Guide. If you plan to use Title Funds, please fill out the latter and return it to Julie Klopke, Director of Member Services.

Also, remember that we offer discounts on convocation registration for LEA members. Your best savings happen when you enroll your entire faculty in LEA on our Full Faculty Form because you receive membership discounts using the form.

Once your registration is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with the hotel/housing link to book your room. Payment for your rooms will be made directly to the hotel.

The eight selected hotels' costs range from $149.00 to $184.00 per room per night, and prices do not include tax.

Also, ninety percent of the hotel rooms are within a five-minute walk of America's Center.

Great question. Soon, Helpful Convocation Tips will walk you through the registration process and tell you the information you need before you begin registration.

We recommend that a person is appointed to gather everyone's information and then register and link all attendees. That is the easiest.

For those who are veterans of the LEA registration process, we have a brand-new site that will make registering much easier.

No. Registration is all-inclusive. Your registration is good for the entire convocation.

Your confirmation email contains a link to set up a login for your registration details. Once you have a login set up, you may use the "login" link in the upper right of this page to edit your registration and sectionals.

This is LEA's fifteenth triennial convocation. None of them have been the same.

We always have inspirational worship, nationally known speakers, relevant sectionals, food, and fellowship.

This convocation has many new elements. One is Friday evening's "Meet Me in St. Louis" event.

We’re thankful for the excellent planning team of Beth Kiessling, Christine Nixon, Esther Edwards, Laura Piel, Michelle Simmons, Drew Gerdes, David Black, Adam Countryman, Kevin Williams, Phil Grimpo, Joshua Swartz, and the LEA staff—all under the able guidance of Leah Abel.
